Danni Barry

Danni Barry was the head chef of Eipic restaurant in Northern Ireland and executive chef in Balloo House. She is now executive chef in Ballynahinch Castle. She was the second female Irish chef to hold a Michelin star. In 2016, she was named Irish Chef of the Year.

Brigid O’Hora

Brigid is dynamic wine and food professional with years of experience in the hospitality industry., including as Restaurant Supervisor of one of Dublin’s favourites, French bistro – L’Geuleton. Also an Instagram-based wine educator, writer and blogger, she is well-known and followed for her virtual wine tastings and tutorials.
